To resolve the below message that is displayed on the Analytics Portal when attempting to log in, follow the below steps.
Browsers affected by this are Safari and Firefox on Mac. The Yield suggested browser for accessing the Analytics Portal is Google Chrome.
How to resolve
Safari:
Open up your browser setting, and disable (uncheck) the option for "Prevent cross-site tracking" in the configuration menu.
For Safari, this sits under Privacy:
Firefox:
Open up browser settings within Firefox, and go to Privacy & Security, and select Manager Exceptions...
This will bring up a pop up, where you can enter the Analytics Portal URL portal.theyield.com, and select Add Exception.
I can't apply the change above - what should I do?
Settings may be set on an organisational level, therefore the you might not be able to set these on browser. Should this be the case, reach out to your IT team to discuss how to update these settings.
