- Confirm the email address that you are entering, which is often your work email address
- Follow the "Forgot your password" steps on the log in page
- A "reset your password" email will be sent to your log in email address
- If no email is received, please check your junk folder
- If you do not receive an email, your email address may be incorrect, or you do not have an account with The Yield.
- Please talk to your site's administrator to confirm you have been configured in the platform.
